Employee safety in the workplace is the responsibility of every employer. Creating safety programs is daunting, and most people don't know where to begin. Hoping that no one gets injured while working is not a strategy.

Nearly every California employer must have a Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIP Program), that requires different written plans, depending on the nature of your business. These include, Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP), Heat Illness Prevention Plan (HIPP) for both indoors and outdoor excessive heat environments, and others.
